필리핀인 한국행 비자 신청시 - 계좌 잔고 증명 제외 안내

비자 신청자의 편의 증진 및 한국 방문 활성화를 위하여, 비자 신청 시 제출 구비서류 기준이 아래와 같이 변경됨을 안내드립니다.

시행일자: 2026년 2월 20일부

• 전 비자 유형 공통으로 요구되던 ‘최근 3개월 은행거래내역서(Bank Statement)’ 제출이 면제됩니다.

• 학생 신청자의 재학증명 서류는 기존 ‘재학증명서 원본 + 학생증 사본’ 제출에서

**‘재학증명서 원본 또는 학생증 사본 중 택1 제출’**로 변경됩니다.

• 그룹 신청 건의 경우, 초청장·가족관계서류·회사서류 등 공통서류는 1부만 제출하여 대표 신청자 서류에 첨부하시면 됩니다.

• 재직 관련 서류 제출 시, 아래의 경우에는 별도 사유서(Explanation Letter) 제출이 면제됩니다.

> 회사 유선전화(landline) 번호가 없는 경우

> 재직증명서(COE)가 전자서명(E-signature)으로 발급된 경우

단, 이메일 또는 휴대전화 등 연락 가능한 기타 연락처가 기재되어 있어야 인정됩니다.

Notice on the Revision of Visa Supporting Documents (Effective February 20, 2026)

In order to enhance convenience for visa applicants and promote visits to Korea, the required supporting documents for visa applications will be revised as follows, effective February 20, 2026.

• For all types of required documents, the submission of “three (3) months of bank statements” will be waived.

• For student applicants, the proof of student status requirement will be changed from “Original School Certificate and copy of Student ID” to “either the original School Certificate or a copy of the Student ID” (the applicant may choose and submit one).

• In cases with multiple applicants, common documents (e.g., invitation letter, family relationship documents, company-related documents, etc.) should be submitted in one (1) copy only and attached to the representative applicant’s file.

• For employment-related documents, the submission of an explanation letter will be waived in cases where there is no landline number indicated, or when it is issued with an electronic signature. As long as other reachable contact information (email address or mobile phone number) is provided, the document will be accepted.
